+ All other tasks will be remotely, with occasional working time at co working spaces. Timing
As a part-time internship, we require only 20hrs per week flexibly in time and location. For the operations part around 1 hour per day is required at our location near Bugis. • Contribute to the development of our digital service business
• Keep smooth operations running responsibly
• Support the management in daily operations
• Take on digital marketing projects and complete them independently
• Participate in the coordination and communication sales activities
• Assist in customer service
• Learn the roots of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Participate in business expansion projects
• Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks
• Supports Regional Director Asia Pacific

• Minimum qualification of A-Level or Diploma
• Proactive and creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation
• Outstanding customer orientation and service mentality, with the ability to deliver results that exceeds customer expectations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (be able to respond to customers inquiries)
• Good command of English
