Are you a driven and passionate individual looking for an exciting opportunity to run an e-commerce business from start to finish? This is a perfect role for someone interested to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of running and growing an online business. Little Happy Haus is a local, homegrown online kids concept store loved by many. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will work closely alongside the founder, as we grow together with our customers to go beyond carrying a range of kids products. By joining us, you will be given the opportunity to be exposed to all areas of the business and to try new ideas and experiment. We are based in Joo Chiat; this is a full-time role (min 35 hours per week). We offer hybrid flexible work arrangements.


Marketing (50%)

• Create social media content (shooting + editing of product photography and videography) to drive sales
• Actively manage social media channel (Instagram, Tiktok)
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)
• Design EDM (newsletter, mailing list etc)
• Support Business Development efforts (establish new partnership/channel to increase revenue)

Operations (40%)

• Stock-take, pack orders and co-ordinate logistics arrangement + work with part-time staff with order fulfilment
• Draft product descriptions\xe2\x80\x99 content, and list products on e-commerce marketplace platforms and website
• Responsible for management, operation and online sales of various e-commerce platforms and website
• Maintain and update the company\xe2\x80\x99s online store and various e-commerce platforms while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are displayed accurately

Customer Service (10%)

• Manage customers enquiries and requests across all our channels within Service Level Agreement standards

Requirements

• Only open to those pursuing a diploma or degree in Singapore
• Passionate about e-commerce
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Organised and meticulous
• Work well independently as well as in a team
• Resourceful problem solver who can get things done fast
• Take pride in your work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong willingness to learn (be it from experience, the team, google)
• Experience in photography/editing skills is required
