Marketing Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

• Finance Administration \xe2\x80\x93 Checking on invoices and scope by agencies; managing internal finance and procurement process; supporting marketing forecasts and tracking spend.
• Leads Tracking \xe2\x80\x93 Daily tracking of leads, clearing of spam and data, managing the Salesforce leads process.

• Vendor Management \xe2\x80\x93 Support the Head of Marketing Operations in reviewing work scopes and tracking of work for our vendors.
• Marketing Automation \xe2\x80\x93 Assist in the optimization of marketing automation workflows and systems.
• Content Library \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain and manage content library \xe2\x80\x93 ensure adherence of corporate decks, updates, brand visuals, font style and guide.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business or a related field; majoring in Marketing.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, prior experience in Marketo an advantage.
• Comfortable in working with large data-set, familiar with Microsoft Excel (use of pivot-table, vlookup, charts and formula)
• Able to work independently.
• Good time management; able to adhere to project timelines.
