Part Time Office Administrative Assistant

Job Description


  • Provide administration and office support, organization of documents (data entry, filing, mailing, scanning documents)
  • Act as the coordinator for internal IT systems with external vendors
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
  • Positive Working Environment with immediate vacancy
  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin
  • IT Savvy with Microsoft Office
  • No working experience needed as training will be provided
  • Located in CBD, 5 mins walk from Raffles MRT
  • Working hours is flexible, preferably work half day Monday to Friday
  • Can commit to minimum of 6 months
  • Prefer University/Poly Students or Current Students who are keen on working part time to supplement their income on an ad hoc basis
