Blue Skies Cafe and Bar is a cafe-bar concept offering all-day brunch, patisserie, and Singaporean influenced mains. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team part-time and contribute to our evolving dessert and pastry program.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts for daily service.
Ensure consistency, taste, and quality of all baked goods.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen according to SFA guidelines.
Proper storage and inventory management of baking ingredients and supplies.
Support the kitchen team as needed.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in pastry/baking is required.
Availability to work at least
2 days per week
(including weekends if needed).
Good knowledge of baking techniques and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual, and passionate about food.
