Benefits Summary:
- Basic up to $4800 + AWS + VB
- Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm

- Location: Changi
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the fare filing activities and liaise with Head Office to ensure proper distribution to industry partners.
- Monitor and report of filing volume and performance
- B2B support in Revalidating/Reissuing/General Inquiries and Special Service Request, etc.
- Handle group bookings and ensuring group requests are processed in a timely manner.
- Market support and troubleshoot to ensure a seamless flow of information and smooth collaboration with relevant key stakeholders.
- Ticket auditing and quality assurance.
- Responsible to guide, instruct, and lead junior staff based on experience and abilities
- Play a central role in daily operations, utilizing your knowledge and skills to assist the manager.
- Handle special tasks assigned by management and ad hoc analysis/reports
- More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Travel or Airlines industry
- Experience in Airlines Ticketing and Reservation
- Knowledge of Altea Amadeus CRS desirable
- MS Office, esp. Excel PowerPoint
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Japanese Language is an advantage to facilitate communication with the customers and Head office.
