Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle passenger boarding at Boarding Gate/Pontoon
- Handle baggage Check-in
- Handle passengers disembarkation
- Provide excellent service to passengers
- Follow safety, housekeeping, security and health procedures
Requirements
- Minimum \'Nitech\' level qualification
- Candidates with no experience but wants to build a career in Terminal Port Operations, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, are welcome to apply
- Perform shift 6 days workweek (AM - 7am to 3pm / PM - 3pm to 11pm)
- Good company welfare and training opportunities in Passenger Services and Terminal operations
- Generally works in a Ferry/Cruise terminal environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical terminal setting
- Work Locations - Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and Harbour Front Terminal
