Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry section of the kitchen. \xc2\xb7 Ensure excellent quality in the production of pastry products \xc2\xb7 Checks the quality of raw and baked food products to ensure that standards are met. \xc2\xb7 Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Applicants with Pastry & Baking Certificate, baking experience and passion for baking and decorating cakes preferred \xc2\xb7 Able to produce all baked goods including but not limited to birthday cakes (prerequisite) , cupcakes, sponge cakes, mousse cakes, puff pastry, and etc. \xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, team player, good communication & organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations \xc2\xb7 Ability to meet strict deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent Salary: $1,700.00 - $2,200.00 per month Benefits:
