Prepare and create a wide range of traditional Thai desserts (e.g., mango sticky rice, tub tim krob, kanom chan). Develop new dessert items in line with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences. Manage inventory for pastry ingredients and ensure freshness and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station. Train and guide junior staff in dessert preparation techniques. * Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
