Job Description

  • Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs.
  • Capability of handling peak hours of the restaurant.
  • Maintenance of a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Ensure adequacy of supplies at the pastry station.
  • Maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
  • Staff training
  • Ensure that the preparation for opening is done
  • Enforce strict health and hygiene standards: Well maintain personal hygiene, food hygiene and kitchen hygiene.
