Our company is currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join our central production kitchen, which main role is to support our outlets' pastry and bakery needs. We will focus on quality ingredients and Our company is currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join our central production kitchen, which main role is to support our outlets' pastry and bakery needs. We will focus on quality ingredients and creating pastry trend as our selling points. The candidate will work closely with the Director to develop new pastry and trend. This is bound to be interesting and challenging. Do join us, if you think you have what it takes! Job Responsibility: . To set up the central production room . Responsible for personal hygiene and grooming and kitchen operations in accordance to company standards, Singapore Food Agency standards and HACCP guidelines. . Create new menu for outlets . Plan production schedule and ensure all outlets demands are met . Minimise food wastage of ingredients and other food items. Requirements: . 3 years dessert production experience . Culinary/Pastry Diploma preferred . Experience in bakery will be a bonus . Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents . Ability to recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor. . Passionate interest in development on pastries and desserts. . Comfortable with 6 days shift work
