Reporting to Head Baker and responsible for daily preparation and production of pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of pastry products.
Decorate cakes and pastries.
Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar F&B field background.
Having good knowledge in Pastry and holding a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are more preferable.
Develop a great teamwork and willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
