• Rosemead - Convivial fine dining restaurant serving modern Californian cuisineThe Group is expanding our team and we are seeking for a candidate with high leadership qualities and experience to join as Pastry Sous Chef. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, pastry, bread etc. in daily operations Create new and exciting desserts /pastry for the menu & engage the interest of customers Monitor stock level and inventory Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking Guide and motivate the team to work efficiently with training Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of chefsJob Requirements With min. 5 year Pastry Chef experience, with at least 2 years in management Passion for preparing high-quality food with respect for ingredients Positive attitude and leadership philosophy Alignment with the Group's purpose and core value
