• Humpback \xe2\x80\x93 oyster bar and seafood restaurant with a focused wine & cocktail list

• Caffe Fernet \xe2\x80\x93 New-Italian restaurant with a view of the Marina Bay waterfront

• Rosemead \xe2\x80\x93 Convivial fine dining restaurant serving modern Californian cuisine
  

The Group is expanding our team and we are seeking for a candidate with high leadership qualities and experience to join as Pastry Sous Chef.

• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, pastry, bread etc. in daily operations
• Create new and exciting desserts /pastry for the menu & engage the interest of customers
• Monitor stock level and inventory
• Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
• Guide and motivate the team to work efficiently with training
• Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
• Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of chefs
  

Job Requirements

• With min. 5 year Pastry Chef experience, with at least 2 years in management
• Passion for preparing high-quality food with respect for ingredients
• Positive attitude and leadership philosophy
• Alignment with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s purpose and core value
