Responsibilities: Drafting patents, filing and prosecuting patent applications.

Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time.

Requirements:

(For Patent Agents) Registered Patent Agent / Patent Attorney Qualification in Singapore (Candidates qualified in other jurisdictions such as UK. Europe, US, or others may also be considered)
Postgraduate study and other qualifications such as a law degree or industry experience will be well regarded but are not essential. Education in a scientific or technical background is preferred.
Strong command of verbal & written English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution
A good team player with a positive working attitude is essential
Be able to work independently
Be resourceful, possess strong interpersonal skills, and can manage business demands proactively.
Experience and interest in managing and growing the practice
The candidate will work closely with our Jakarta team and answer directly to the Singaporean management.
