Payroll Analysts are responsible for a wide range operations to deliver employees\' pay on time and accurately, for Singapore, India & South East Asia countries. They own the performance and the operational excellence of the countries they look after, but also the quality of the entire Payroll Employee Experience. Position based in our headquarter in Singapore.

Key Qualifications Key Qualifications

  • Good command of ADP Global View & SAP Payroll,
  • Proven track record in processing payroll, ideally acquired in multinational and multi- sites companies, including exposure to India payroll (required) and at least one South-East Asia country,
  • Good knowledge of Labour Laws and country practises,
  • Excellent command of Excel
  • Excellent command of English(ability to make presentations in front of international partners).
  • - NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Experience with other South East Asia countries payrolls,
  • Experience with an HR CRM ticket system a plus.

Description Description

PAYROLL OPERATIONS - Process payroll, main and off cycles, ensure employees are paid accurately, on time and in a compliant manner, - Implement all other operations related to Payroll: pre-payroll operations (collection of data, import...), post-payroll transactions (tax & benefits payments, social security fillings, PF contributions etc.) - in line with SOX and local requirements, - Ensure sufficient controls are in place to capture changes month-on-month, and that variances are reconciled, investigated and explained, - Bring a high support regarding tax savings programs in India - Support audits that involve payroll data, - Represent Payroll Operations to a set of business partners and collaborators - Be accountable for the efficiency and quality of the designated countries, and taking proactive measures to correct/improve (if necessary), ensure that all issues are addressed and resolutions put in place in a timely manner, - Propose changes to current practises to improve efficiency, employee experience and compliance, - Stay on top of legislative and business updates happening in the Analyst\'s countries, through partnerships, newsletters, social watches... and cascade changes operationally, - Day to day relationships with vendors and establish ways of working with them, - Partner with relevant teams to update internal HR communication tools - Join presentations to introduce the activities of our team, - Participate in writing and storing processes/work instructions/SOPs/payroll documentation. PROJECTS - Participate in a multitude of payroll systems projects (configuration, testing, UAT...), - Support mass recruitments/acquisitions/retail expansion/special projects, - Join other HR initiatives and projects impacting the Analyst\'s portfolio of countries. EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE - Answer employee queries and grievances, record resolutions and actions taken in our HR CRM within agreed SLAs, - Educate People teams on Payroll knowledge, Explain/Simplify complex concepts, - Make sure the Payroll Employee Experience is always at the best (communication, payroll information available on our internal HR Website, quality and timeliness of query responses, knowledge given to People Support to handle Tier1 support).
