They are located in the East ' easily accessible. The responsibles of the Payroll Executive includes: Managing the company's overall total rewards, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration. Assist in establish and develop in employee engagement, employee welfare, talent management and retention. Implement consistent compensation guidelines that fit the organisational value and culture. Responsible in the annual review process. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance. Responsible in conducting audits, prepare and present reports periodically.
