JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Processing of tax reporting and payments to IRAS which includes liaising with HR persons and Employees to obtain relevant information
- Liaising with IRAS and/or Employee
- Updating of relevant records in payroll system
- Assist in the annual IR8E tax submission exercise
- Uploading/posting of accounting entries
- Handling of CorpPass requests
- Manage enquires from Employees on tax and payroll related matters
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of contra/suspense/Recon accounts
- Liaise with departments/schools/faculties to complete billings request and send invoices to external parties
- Respond to all billing related enquires and follow through with the invoices for payment
- Handle Audit requests relating to tax, billings and Eclaims
- Uploading of payroll transmission file into E-banking
- Minimum diploma holder
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in transactional accounting / payroll processing
- Candidates with prior experience handling personal income tax reporting will be advantageous
- Familiar with SAP and Success Factor
