A degree in accounting/ business/ technology
5 years or above of Payroll and HR implementation experience from a client perspective
Having at least 5 full project implementation cycle within Payroll & HR practices
Strong knowledge in Singapore Payroll as well as HR Business processes and practices
Regional payroll knowledge for countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Brunei, Thailand
Experience in EasyPay Enterprise software
Good working experience in Time Attendant Software and clocking hardware (fingerprint and face recognise reader)
Working knowledge and able to perform basic scripting in SQL Server
Working knowledge in IIS and Windows server environment
Basic to intermediate project management experience
Good documenting experience
Solid communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
