Our Ideal Candidate
10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation & support experience, payroll system integration, implementation and support included
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
Strong understanding of system implementation, integration & IT dependencies while driving implementation/integration projects.
Understanding of SCB payroll processes is preferred.
Agile experience or exposure.
Able to understand business requirements and translate into actions/documentations.
Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy
