Job Description


Role Responsibilities

  • Strong and independent SF Payroll lead who understands the workings of the SF modules.
Business
  • Strong understanding of the end to end payroll process
  • Lead Payroll projects, changes and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth implementation
  • Demonstrate system capability and provide solutions to queries pertinent to system functionality.
Processes
  • Manage Change Request, requirement gathering, working with various teams to drive change requests.
  • Manage coding, config changes and designing.
  • Maintain strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with solution-oriented approaches and strong collaboration with multiple teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to make recommendations.
Governance
  • Ensuring high quality and on time delivery of project requirements based on established scope & schedule parameters.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct .
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles. Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation & support experience, payroll system integration, implementation and support included
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Strong understanding of system implementation, integration & IT dependencies while driving implementation/integration projects.
  • Understanding of SCB payroll processes is preferred.
  • Agile experience or exposure.
  • Able to understand business requirements and translate into actions/documentations.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication skills to articulate at different levels of organization hierarchy
  • Creative mind - be able to suggest ideas and drive innovation.
  • Good communication skills - oral and written.
  • Strong organizational, time management and administration skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
