If you are details oriented and enjoy working on numbers, excel, etc, we would like you to apply for this contract role.

• Manual calculation for part time staff salaries for two runs per month
• Assist in checking and inputting overtime payments
• Assist in checking lateness and input into the payroll system for deduction
• Assist Executives in checking ad hoc incentives, allowances, or deductions to be paid or deducted in the end-month payroll
• Ad hoc duties like filing of documents or making copies for Debit notes, etc

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Higher Nitec
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Computer literature
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to work under pressure
