Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group with a diverse portfolio of businesses in the aerospace, smart city, digital solutions, defense and public security segments. With their current expansion, they are looking for Payroll Specialist to join and grow with them.

• Process \xe2\x80\x93 Process end-to-end payroll for an organization with a headcount of 500 or more, including but not limited to, pro-rating salary for new hires and resignees, submission of monthly CPF and refunds, submission of NS and Government Paid Leave claims, processing employee transport/dental claims, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files, providing payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, filing of IR21 for foreigner resignees and annual IR8A, etc.
• Coordinate \xe2\x80\x93 Correspond with HR business partners to gather data and inputs necessary for relevant pay elements.
• Investigate \xe2\x80\x93 Report data inaccuracies in payroll systems and report to managers and clients for advice. Propose enhancements and solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Audit \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain a secured archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit exercises.
• Communicate \xe2\x80\x93 Provide clear and concise responses to any queries raised through email by employees and/or clients in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Minimum \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Levels or Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing, preferably with knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, vLookup and Pivot Table
• Individuals with customer-facing experience will be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and have a keen eye for details with an inquiring mind.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
