About the Company

Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to be responsible for payroll matters for local and regional staff.

Oversee and ensure that employee records are accurate in internal systems;

Handle full-cycle payroll transactions for local and regional staff;

Support verification of payroll related processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;

Update attendance for local and regional staff into internal systems;

Compile reports on payroll and employee reports for management review;

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for payroll systems and processes;

Communicate and work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance under audit and legal

requirements;

Address enquiries from both internal and external parties with regards to payroll, statutory contributions

and other payment matters;

Support business stakeholders or other Human Resource team members on other HR or administrative matters.

Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource Management would be an advantage;

At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably handling both local and regional headcounts;

Excellent knowledge of employment and tax regulations;

Experience working with payroll software would be an advantage;

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different levels of people within the organisation.
