People Care Health and Wellness Strategist

What does a People Care Health and Wellness Strategist do? Think of yourself as the one responsible for providing leadership, planning, coordinating, and maintaining the health and wellness benefits of our organization. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will design and manage employee benefits programs that provide care and wellness solutions for all employees.

As a Health and Wellness Strategist, you will:

• Manage health and wellness benefits and strategies for TaskUs employees across different sites in the Philippines;
• Manage employee benefits related to COVID-19, including procuring vaccines and executing vaccine drives for all Philippine employees and their qualified dependents;
• Manage the committee handling all deviations in our attendance and leaves policy;
• Identify opportunities for improving business processes through digitization or automation, and forge partnerships with various departments to transform these processes;
• Be the go-to person for on-site clinic benefits and its strategies, direction, and overall relationship with employees; and
• Oversee our People Care Desk team (HR General Inquiries) and Onboarding Shared Services team to ensure that they perform their functions as follows:
  
  • People Care Desk Concerns for North America, Europe, Latin America, and Philippines
    
    • Oversee HR Customer service and operational delivery to local and regional customers;
    • Monitor inquiries and customer satisfaction;
    • Improve overall customer experience;
    • Provide escalated support as needed;
    • Provide coaching to customer service representatives/functional specialists; and
    • Ensure the team meets performance metrics
  • Onboarding Shared Services for North America
    
    • Handle the overall journey of North America Employee onboarding and completion of any outstanding document/s and other ad hoc cases/projects

Requirements:

• Has an academic background in commerce or psychology
• With at least 10 years of working experience in a BPO environment and at least 5 years of managerial experience in operations
• Has an expert operational mindset
• Should be passionate about being a people leader
• With strong intuition about employees' needs and finds ways to deliver them
• Can work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
• Experience in Human Resources environment is not required, but would definitely be an advantage
