Our People Experience Practice focuses on understanding and responding to human needs, whilst optimizing experiences across the real and virtual worlds. Our objective is to support organizations in attracting and retaining talent and ensure they have all they need to perform at their best. We are looking for someone who is motivated to solve important problems in the world of work now and into the future, and who has strong experience in human-centred design and innovation methods.

As a People Experience Associate, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of client engagements alongside a multi-disciplinary team of real estate experts and designers. You will work closely with the APAC Head of People Experience to develop new propositions for clients, build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional projects that enhance the working environment for organisations to get the most out of their people.

The People Experience Associate will be responsible for:
- Shaping and delivering human-centred design projects for clients, tailored to their needs,

- Distilling insights into actionable recommendations for clients to shape their future of work,

- Delivering Innovation Lab experiences for clients and groups using our Future Labs method,

- Developing high quality materials to present to clients in groups ranging from 5 to 100 people, in physical, hybrid and remote format,

- Grasping a range of business problems quickly, and working with the broader consulting team to facilitate ways to solve these problems.

The ideal People Experience Associate is highly professional, curious, adaptive and an excellent team player who is comfortable working with diverse and multicultural teams, including with translators to facilitate collaboration in other languages.

The ideal candidate is also adaptable, well-organised, and has exceptional attention to detail. Effective communication skills are vital, as this role has direct contact with the most senior levels of our client organisations, JLL, and vendors.
