This position reports to the Global People Partner Lead. This is a Director level vacancy in Singapore with responsibility for our APAC region.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accountable for the performance of the People Partner and/or People Operations Partner team in line with agreed levels of service to ensure an excellent service is provided to customers
  
• Accountable for managing the supply and demand of the People Partner and/or People Operations Partner resource pool to support HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to execute the delivery of cyclical HR processes, business change and projects
  
• Accountable for the provision of legally compliant and sound advice and guidance provided to managers and employees on all case management (disciplinary, grievance, appeals, performance management, sickness, cross border, etc) and HR policies.
  
• Key deliverables include: people management; operational management;account management; case management, employee relations and labour / industrial relations; cyclical HR process; business change projects; Line Manager coaching; and ensuring country compliance
  
  

• Education \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  
• Profound working experience in similar or relevant function
• Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment
  
• Experience in managing high risk employment-related cases from intake to investigation to resolution
  
• A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle and experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.) with specific experience in HR process design, transaction support and employee administration
  
• Experience of delivering to customer service targets within a complex environment
