About the Role

iCapital is seeking a highly accomplished senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner who is passionate about all things \'People\' to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will be instrumental in supporting the company\'s global expansion as we continue to grow across in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) regions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, drawing motivation from complexity and challenges, especially when contributing to our expanding footprint in the APAC region. With more than 1,200 colleagues across 7 countries, the iCapital HR function thinks and acts globally. As a member of our HR Leadership team and key partner to senior leaders, managers, and employees within their regions, you will engage in a wide spectrum of people-related initiatives. This individual will be an integral part of the leadership team they support and must collaborate closely with both local and global teams to design and execute our people strategy.
