Job Description


Job Scope:

  • Customer-focused and ability to prioritise, work on or re-assign service and incidence requests.
  • Production Support on delivered and custom modules;
  • System maintenance / housekeeping: Security, GL structure and trees, Auditing Controls, Reporting templates including nVision and Query, sub-module interfacing, balancing checks;
  • Provide support and development of ad hoc and scheduled reports;
  • Applications security administration
  • Includes responsibility for public holiday production support;
  • Required to work on call outside of your normal working hours to cover the US resource including public holidays
Key Technologies and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in supporting a PeopleSoft Financials system (and or all PeopleSoft Modules AP, EX, GL, AM, AR, and Billing preferred);
  • A collaborator;
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills (written and verbal);
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines;
  • Flexible (i.e. ability to adapt to change/approach to work);
  • Ability to prioritise multiple requests for support and deliver solutions quickly and accurately;
  • General understanding of Accounting knowledge is highly desirable but not essential;
  • General understanding of IT Risk controls and principles is desirable but not essential
