Your new Job: Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for an exceptionally talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our regional marketing team. The perfect candidate should possess a robust performance marketing background, showcasing expertise in creating and implementing successful digital advertising campaigns across diverse platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to fine-tune marketing strategies, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and continuously enhance user acquisition and conversion rates.
What will you do?
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will:
Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve brand objectives, offering support in sales decision-making.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies, driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and audience segmentation for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
Utilize data analytics and focus on ROIs to drive digital marketing efforts.
Identify trends, opportunities, and emerging platforms in performance marketing, staying updated with best practices.
Create digital assets, including digital banner ads, social media ads, and SEM ads, with a hands-on approach, encompassing image selection, copywriting, and media planning.
Collaborate with the brand team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
Regularly provide detailed reports and updates on campaign performance and KPIs to key stakeholders.
Adapt and address any additional requirements typically found in a start-up business environment.
What we need from you?
As the new Performance Marketing Manager, you should have: * Minimum relevant University Degree, ideally with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, and/or the FMCG industry.
Exceptional ability in managing large datasets, conducting data analysis, and a keen interest in driving growth through results-oriented experimentation.
Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, demonstrating a positive attitude, and displaying a proactive approach to taking ownership of roles and projects.
