We are searching for a strategic, savvy, and experienced Performance Marketing Lead for the Singapore market. You will oversee the development and execution of a data-driven performance marketing strategy for Ninja Van Singapore - responsible for the planning, execution, and measurement of effective go-to-market paid media strategies that deliver on business KPIs (including branding, customer acquisition and lead generation).

The role, working alongside multiple key stakeholders - including brand, email, social media marketing, and product team members - reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. You will also work closely with the regional Centre of Excellence (COE) and have the opportunity to network and partner with key peers in our markets around the region.

You will be empowered to drive customers\' behaviours through effective digital marketing strategies through analysis of both internal and external reports. You must be comfortable with data analysis and draw out key insights to optimise campaign performance and drive key KPIs for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing
  • Manage all performance marketing activities to achieve business objectives such as user growth targets and ROI: Plan, buy, set-up and optimize paid performance channels across the full funnel, including retargeting strategies for both paid social and digital channels; and put in place measures to ensure all channels are performing well against budget.
  • Understand the different stages in a user journey and be able to design/test campaign structures to optimise conversions at different steps of the funnel.
  • Work closely with COE, marketing team, and media partners to ideate, launch and optimise campaigns.
  • Ensure creatives and copies are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and improve the Paid Search (SEM) structure and set-up; to effectively deliver against KPIs.
  • Optimise and improve campaigns through innovative solutions.
  • Accountable for monthly/ quarterly/ annual reporting for digital performance projects to ensure optimizations, constant learnings, and improvements to deliver on agreed KPIs.
  • Process Improvements
  • Own and improve internal processes and SOPs.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the performance vertical.
  • Collaborate with regional counterpart(s) to share best practices across markets and to adopt & implement relevant practices locally.
  • Work with business analytics and email marketing teams to identify opportunities for building targeted audience lists.
  • Review existing digital and performance marketing channels and activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Design frameworks to measure and report performance of marketing activities.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct initiatives to provide team with actionable insights from user research to market analysis.
  • Work with the sales team to identify the right potential clients and deliver projects to generate a steady stream of high-quality leads.
  • Identify and build new customer segment and opportunities for increased revenue contribution.
  • Team Mentorship
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to younger team members, helping them to grow in their professional areas of interest.
  • Website Management
  • Support SEO initiatives from owned media team - including management of web CMS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent diploma in either Marketing, Digital Advertising/Media, Business, or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of hands-on planning and execution experience with either an agency or in-house. Relevant years of hands-on experience with planning, monitoring, and optimising Paid Performance.
  • Strong working knowledge of several different search engines and social platforms: Extensive SEM, PPC, and Paid Social experience (Able to back up with case studies)
  • Strong with GA and tracking capabilities
  • Data driven. Reads and understands the data to make metrics driven decisions.
  • Problem solver with an analytical, test and learn mindset.
  • Partnership-oriented: Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence, and consult with colleagues.
  • A good team player with strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders across multiple functional groups.
  • Stays current on evolving media trends, technology, and competitive landscape to bring opportunities to life.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to clearly and confidently articulate thinking to drive implementation
  • Results-oriented with a P&L ownership mentality: Proactive, self-starter; able to drive projects with little to no supervision. Manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certification, B2B performance marketing experience, and having hands-on experiences in CMS and SEO tools will be a plus.
