• Strategize, execute, monitor and manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Oversee growth in performance to meet the business goals and strategies
• Manage the platform\xe2\x80\x99s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired returns
• Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior
• Plan and optimize landing page testing
• Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
• Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement text ads \xe2\x80\x93 A/B testing
• Deliver profitable pay-per-click advertising (PPC) campaigns across multiple ad networks, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid social advertising
• Use data analytics to measure, analyze and report on campaign performance
• Collaborate with data science and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimize performance

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, mass communication or digital communications
• Performance marketing experience is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in creating/executing successful multi-platform digital marketing/media campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of social media, digital ad inventory and mobile behaviors/opportunities
• Creative copywriting experience and visual design skills is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Willing to work on-site in Bataan
• Willing to relocate in the Philippines
