- Responsible for customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment
- Handle and manage customers\' feedbacks and complaints
- Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
- Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments
- Ad-hoc duties such as billing and filing
