Security solutions range from Unified Security Management System, Access Control, IP network CCTV, to Intelligent Building Security serves various vertical markets such as retail, manufacturing, commercial, education, financial and more. Responsibilities: . Reporting to General Manager, leading a team of 15 Sales Personnel. . To lead the current team to plan, achieve targets, revenue goals and continue growing the business. . To strategize, formulate and execute sales plan, in line with company long term and mid-term strategic goals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Requirements: . Diploma/Degree in any discipline. . At least 5-8 years relevant sales and business development experience in same or similar industry. . Be an excellent people manager and leader in motivating and developing the sales team to be effective in driving sales numbers. . Be a team player that works well with leaders of other functions to achieve common goals of the company. . Strong business acumen and driven. . 5 days work week, Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm .
