Description

  • Answer, screen and route phone calls.
  • Attend to walk-in visitors whenever required.
  • Assist to order/buy lunch for internal meetings and investor\'s meeting whenever required.
  • Photocopying, distribution, mailing, compilation of documents.
  • Maintain a proper system of filing and office administration records.
  • Handle hotel and flight bookings.
  • Filing expense reports.
  • Assist to schedule for internal and external meetings.
  • Managing of calendar and meeting rooms booking.
  • Office services includes ordering of stationery, pantry supplies and office maintenances
Job Requirements
  • About 4-5 years of receptionist experience from financial institution/international firms/MNCs
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
  • Proactive and responsive
