Assist to order/buy lunch for internal meetings and investor\'s meeting whenever required.
Photocopying, distribution, mailing, compilation of documents.
Maintain a proper system of filing and office administration records.
Handle hotel and flight bookings.
Filing expense reports.
Assist to schedule for internal and external meetings.
Managing of calendar and meeting rooms booking.
Office services includes ordering of stationery, pantry supplies and office maintenances
Job Requirements
About 4-5 years of receptionist experience from financial institution/international firms/MNCs
Competent with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work well independently and as part of a larger team
Good interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
Proactive and responsive
