\xe2\x80\xbc\xef\xb8\x8fPerm Staff Nurse (HOMECARE) \xe2\x80\xbc\xef\xb8\x8f- MON - FRI OFFICE HOURS ONLY
Need Staff Nurse who have inpatient ward exp + keen to do homecare
Palliative Care Nurse (Home Care)
- 5 days, 8.30 - 5.30pm
- One day they will be covering 3-4 homes depends on the patient loads
- Basic $3k - 5k (depends on exp)
- AWS 1 month
- 1.5-2 months VB
- 21 days leave + 3 days wellness leave
- This role will be abit more like case management - manage the care plan for the patients
- You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
- You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.
