Location: Bukit Batok

Workplace: West Mall (Beside Bukit Batok MRT Station)

Type of Role: Permanent Placement

Work Arrangement: 5.5 days work week arrangement, on shift work, includes weekends & Public Holidays.

Shift Pattern

Job Duties and Responsibilities - Senior/ Customer Relations Officer

Work closely and provide support to the A&P team by assisting in the day-to-day administrative work and manage the Customer Service Counter, ensuring that it is well organized.

  • Lead the customer service team to deliver quality customer service
  • Oversee the customer service counters to ensure proper housekeeping and smooth daily operations
  • Duty roster planning, updating and checking of the attendance records of the customer service team
  • Assist in the execution of the mall\'s promotion and redemption programs, member redemptions, and sale of shopping vouchers
  • Handle shoppers\'/ tenants\' feedback and enquiries and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints in a tactful and professional manner
  • Conduct verification and audit to check for authenticity of redemptions
  • To perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
  • Update of tenant\'s contact list.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager / Senior Executive, A&P
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or related discipline
  • At least 3-4 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality or related industry. (Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience to be considered for Senior Customer Relations Officer role)
  • Cheerful personality and passionate about customer service
  • Good leadership and people management skills, and able to work independently
  • Good command of Language, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Able to work on weekends/public holiday
