Provide administrative support to the Chairman in an effective, efficient and professional manner
Arrange and coordinate meetings
Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding items
Make reservations, run business and/ or personal errands
Manage the travel and hotel arrangements, visa application and other logistic arrangements
Monitor stock market
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
