Provide full secretarial support such as arrangement and co-ordination of internal group meetings, conferences,
coordinate , Manage and maintain calendar for team meetings and events
Correspondence on email .
Clients Servicing including :
Prepare policies summaries and presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks ( existing templates available), claims etc
Attend online course on behalf
source for gifts during festive seasons
Facilitate clients appreciation events for the high net worth clients
facilitate occasional travel arrangements for team
periodic submission of team production reports
Document management /scanning/filing
assist all new advisors on pre and post on boarding process,
train new advisors on the online administrative work .
occasional cross team work amongst director groups during reviews and Goals setting
support all team building and goal setting events
basic social media presence creation and posting
Support in any other administrative/operational matters
travel arrangements and claims reimbursements ( occasional )
Liasing with product providers
General insurance sales support
Arranging for medical examniation
Update team pipline and cases
