Job Description


Looking for Admin / personal assistant in the Financial Service industry

  • highly independent , supportive , caring ,and attentive and responsible individual who can help in the growth of a dynamic team in the high net worth Wealth planning space .
  • Provide full secretarial support such as arrangement and co-ordination of internal group meetings, conferences,
  • coordinate , Manage and maintain calendar for team meetings and events
  • Correspondence on email .
  • Clients Servicing including :
Prepare policies summaries and presentation materials, including PowerPoint decks ( existing templates available), claims etc
  • Attend online course on behalf
  • source for gifts during festive seasons
  • Facilitate clients appreciation events for the high net worth clients
  • facilitate occasional travel arrangements for team
  • periodic submission of team production reports
  • Document management /scanning/filing
  • assist all new advisors on pre and post on boarding process,
  • train new advisors on the online administrative work .
  • occasional cross team work amongst director groups during reviews and Goals setting
  • support all team building and goal setting events
  • basic social media presence creation and posting
  • Support in any other administrative/operational matters
  • travel arrangements and claims reimbursements ( occasional )
  • Liasing with product providers
  • General insurance sales support
  • Arranging for medical examniation
  • Update team pipline and cases
