Job Description


Personal Assistant cum Admin Executive Responsibilities include

  • To provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance to the Founder
  • Arrange/coordinate meeting appointments and business schedule.
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking of flights, cars, making hotel and restaurant reservations when needed.
  • Perform office duties and general administrative support.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma
  • Able to provide secretarial support after office hours and during weekends whenever required.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and work effectively with staff, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Expected salary
  • Earliest availability date

Salary Range: $3000 - $3500
