Personal Secretary - Part Time(Work From Home) / Full Time

\xef\x81\xac Extensive secretarial/administrative support to the client including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling meetings for various departments, claims submission, making travel arrangements and personal matters.

\xef\x81\xac Involve in company\xe2\x80\x99s ongoing projects, preparation and tracking of documentations and ensure tasks are completed by the given time-frame

\xef\x81\xac Data entry, record keeping and maintenance of Client database.

\xef\x81\xac Receive and response to inquiries through calls and emails.

\xef\x81\xac Preparation of monthly / ad-hoc reports as required.

Application Instructions

Skills & Requirements:

\xef\x82\xb7 Local Diploma in any discipline

\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrable experience in office management and executive secretarial roles is

desirable under tight timeliness and exercising good judgement

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal & written communication skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in the financial advisory industry is a bonus

\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in any data visualization tool will be an added advantageote that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
