Our Client is Japanese Listed real estate Company. The role of a Personal Assistant cum Admin Support is to be responsible for support and assist the Director in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters.
Reporting to Managing Director and Director
【 What you will be doing 】
Providing administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth management of day-to-day affairs.
Manage and assess MD's priority of appointments and reallocate as necessary.
Assist with travel arrangements (flight/accommodation) for members.
Maintain members' office systems, including data management
Handle all of the employees' general accounting and filing needs.
Responsible for new employees' onboarding support
Managing general correspondence with Japan headquarters and other external parties
Adhoc duties required by the Director
Requirement
【 What they are looking for 】
Minimum Diploma in any field
Business level of Japanese is required to liaise with Japan HQ
Possess work experience of more than 8 years in a similar job is preferred
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Microsoft Excel Skills (Knowledgeable in basic formulas)
Ability to handle/manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
Working Hour
9:00 ~ 18:00
