Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm







Manage and organize the C-suite executives ' schedules Attend to executives family members' school/medical matters Attend meetings and take minutes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Draft and prepare official correspondences, reports, and presentations (if required) Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, visa application, accommodations, and transportation Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently and professionally

Job Requirements



Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or related qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal assistant or similar role supporting C-Suite executives Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates during daily communication Proficient in using MS Office Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
