The role



Provide full administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Manage schedules, appointments, meetings. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as required. Track and update daily sales performance reports. Handle incoming and outgoing communications. Organise and coordinate meetings including setting agendas, send reminders, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist with event coordination, including handling logistic, on-site support and material preparations.

About you



Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Canva. Excellent communication, strong organisational and multitasking skills. Able to collaborate effectively within a team while working independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented and ensures accuracy in all data entry tasks. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
