• Suntec (Will be required to travel to Kallang at times)

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to GM\'s daily work

• Screen and prioritize all calls, mails and correspondences

• Take minutes for meetings and attend to personal matters for GM and family

• Assist in planning and organizing company events

• Vetting of documents

Additional Information:

• Candidates with 3 years\' experience in similar field would be of advantage

• Able to travel on overseas business trips when required
