Position


Main Responsibilities Administrative Support to the Managing Director and Management to perform their responsibilities in an organized and timely way.
  • Act as a key liaison point with external parties, ensuring smooth and accurate communications
  • Provide high quality secretarial and administrative / organizational support to Managing Director & management committee such as travel arrangement, book accommodations, visa applications, appointment and meeting scheduling
  • Prepare travel itinerary and coordinate
  • Maintain Managing Director\xe2\x80\x99s calendar for meetings and events
  • Organize events, lunches, meetings hosted by the management
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Managing Director to support the regional team
Office Support
  • Manage and track access card, key assignment and work desk set-up for new hires and leavers
  • Manage office and pantry supplies and ensure total spend is within budget
  • Liaise with office management for office maintenance matters e.g. air-conditioning, lights
  • Be the key contact person for fire drills
  • Provide administrative support to other departments
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned where necessary
Do note that this is a part time role where the incumbent will be on 3 days work week arrangement. Job Requirements Working Experience & Education Requirements
  • At least 2 - 4 years of office administration and/ or personal assistant experience
