Main Responsibilities Administrative Support to the Managing Director and Management to perform their responsibilities in an organized and timely way.
Act as a key liaison point with external parties, ensuring smooth and accurate communications
Provide high quality secretarial and administrative / organizational support to Managing Director & management committee such as travel arrangement, book accommodations, visa applications, appointment and meeting scheduling
Prepare travel itinerary and coordinate
Maintain Managing Director\xe2\x80\x99s calendar for meetings and events
Organize events, lunches, meetings hosted by the management
Ad-hoc duties assigned by Managing Director to support the regional team
Office Support
Manage and track access card, key assignment and work desk set-up for new hires and leavers
Manage office and pantry supplies and ensure total spend is within budget
Liaise with office management for office maintenance matters e.g. air-conditioning, lights
Be the key contact person for fire drills
Provide administrative support to other departments
Ad-hoc duties as assigned where necessary
Do note that this is a part time role where the incumbent will be on 3 days work week arrangement. Job Requirements Working Experience & Education Requirements
At least 2 - 4 years of office administration and/ or personal assistant experience
