Roles and responsibilities
Maintain daily schedules, calendar and appointments of the Principal.
Handle correspondence, calls and coordination with clients or partners
Collate and preparation of documents and reports
Assist with travel and visa arrangements as required
Assist with general administrative work and any other business requirements from time to time
Skills
Experience as PA or administrative work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, maintain high level of confidentiality and ability to always demonstrate professionalism
Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
