Haven Art Therapy is Singapore's premier art psychotherapy clinic for emotionally dysregulated children, specializing in bespoke, transformative therapy that supports lasting emotional growth. As we expand, we are seeking a sharp, proactive and flexible Personal Assistant to support the founder in managing a fast-paced and mission-driven business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is quick on their feet, and can work independently with poise and discretion.


This is not a rigid corporate admin role. It's a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to work closely with a founder, help steer a high-growth business, and shape the future of child mental wellness in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities


Manage calendars, correspondence and administration Assist with day-to-day operations Be available and willing to work weekends Liaise with clients and team members with professionalism, warmth, and discretion Handle errands and ad-hoc personal tasks to free up executive time Suggest and implement simple process improvements to support smoother operations Support business growth activities such as partnerships, marketing, and event coordination
