Personal Assistant
to support our Managing Director in daily operations and assist with administrative and support tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee records management
Assist in procurement, office supplies management, and vendor coordination
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Assist in Business Development
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and professionalism
Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities
