JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Office and general admin.
  • Sourcing and purchasing duties.
  • Preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Answer customers\' enquiries.
  • Co-ordinate with all outlets on various issues.
  • Co-ordinate with various vendors on office facilities and outlets\' repair and maintenance issue.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly motivated and positive minded.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Conscientious and possess a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Organized and meticulous.
